STEPS TO REQUESTING APPROVAL FOR A CONFERENCE

 

Step 1:  Turn in to Mrs. Taylor a PO with estimates for the Conference (and other expenses) within the next week to be held in the office.  Estimate PO

 

 

Step 2:  Fill out a “real” PO and turn it in to Mr. Veile.  It will then be sent on to Mrs. Wald and Mrs. Taylor to be approved. "Real" PO

 

 

Step 3:  When you are finished with the conference,  fill out the Professional Development Activity Evaluation form (that can be foud online or on page 11 in the PD handbook) and place in Lerilee Huhman's  mailbox.   Professional Development Activity Evaluation form

PD Manual - This is the Professional Development Plan for the St. Elizabeth R-IV School District.

 

Request for Reimbursement - this form is to only be used if you had to pay for something at your conference and you are requesting reimbursement.
